Duet 3 Mini 5+ can't connect via USB

Hi,

We recently bought a Rat Rig Core V3.1 kit from RatRig website.

It appears that the Duet 3  Mini 5+ provided with the kit is defective.
Indeed, it is impossible to communicate with the card via USB, and therefore we can't set it up.

I tried different cables, different USB ports, different computers : the LEDs won't turn on.
I even tried one of my cables on another of our Duet cards, and it lit up the LEDs, meaning that the cable isn't faulty.

Is there anything I can do to make it work, or is the card defective ?

Do any LEDs light up when connected to VIN instead of USB?

@Julgo Thanks for checking. Yes, it sounds like the USB is faulty. Assuming that you bought the kit within the last year, please send an email to warranty@duet3d.com and CC your reseller. Include a link to this forum thread and the details of your original purchase. You'll receive a reply with a form to fill out.
