I just changed ?dl=0 to ?raw=1 in your Dropbox image URL to make it work. That's a nice looking printer!

        Hey buddy.

Will look forward to hearing your progress as I'm building the same printer with a Duet Ethernet. I'm still awaiting some frame parts to build the main frame.

I'm going with a Titan Aero hot end to start with which will be different and a BLTouch.

When you think your setup needs wiring management you should see me printers, yours wiring already looks perfectly managed 😉

            Thanks to all.

David, Thank you and thank you!

Coolice, it has had it's moments I wanted to turn it into an end table. Only because I am new to the 3D Printing scene and there aren't any explicit instructions on assembling this. But once it's together it is absolutely rock solid. Good luck with yours and if I can be of any help please don't hesitate to ask.

            MiR,
Ha! I am sure if you have a wiring problem, all of the wires are easily accessible, whereas mine would take some disassembling first! 🙂

              Hey Buddy.

Yeah it's a pretty big build for newcomers to 3D printing. This one will be my second, but I have converted my CTC to MKS Gen V1.4 controller and changed the hot ends/extruders so I learnt a lot from that. The mechanical and electronics side I am ok with as I'm an engineer by trade and deal with electronics on a daily basis, so I just need to get my head around the firmware side of things.

I wouldn't mine seeing your Duet files if you get a chance please? I'd like to look at what you've setup and then figure out the why's to the various settings so I understand better what's going on.

Buddy, I just now saw this response. For some reason I don't get notifications from this forum when someone responds. So I have to go looking for it. If you still need my config files, here's a link to a dropbox folder.

                https://www.dropbox.com/sh/dcdczf5cq09cs39/AACBRIgNsmSG8-aGHlyy6l0ua?dl=0

I included my config, bed, and homeall.g folders. If you need to see the others just ask.
I tried to remember to change the description at the end of each line, but I might have missed a couple. For instance in the section I set the drive direction. I changed them so many times trying to get the axes direction correct, I might have not put the proper description.

If you need anything else, please let me know.

Nice, I'm trying to figure out my endstops on mine.. Seems the LED is always on unless I slip something in between it to trigger it. I tried asking for help on fb group but I'd love to get some help if at all possible. I can't wait

That sounds correct to me. I just finished building my HEVO a few days ago. 🙂 I'm using optical endstops, and I'm pretty sure the LED is on all the time except when they are homed. Have you tried doing a home yet, or are you not quite at that point?

That is the normal way round for optical endstops. Use S1 in your M574 command.

Thanks, I was able to get the x and y to trigger. it took me a little bit to figure out why they weren't doing anything before. basically I was having an issue where M119 wasn't showing it triggered. Once I looked more at the code and changed values here and there I finally got it working. Now I need to mount all of my endstops so that I can home the printer properly. currently I'm hitting home and stopping it shortly after with an object triggering the sensor.
