I am using a Duet 2 Wifi board.
My sd card quit working, so I got a new one and installed frirmwre 3.4.6. M115, on YAT, tells me I am running 3.4.2.
YAT also tells me I am connected to wifi, yet when I try to open the DWC I get an error stating "Your Duet rejected the HTTP request: page not found
Check that the SD card is mounted and has the correct files in its /www folder".
I checked my SD card and have on www folder.

Here are the results of my M122:

How did you install 3.4.6? To update the firmware requires more than just putting it on the SD card. The firmware gets flashed to the board itself. The SD card just holds the files.

@mesacrash said in Wifi problem since replacing SD card with new Firmware:

Your Duet rejected the HTTP request: page not found
Check that the SD card is mounted and has the correct files in its /www folder".

What is in the WWW folder? This is where the DWC files reside, and the version of the files there needs to match the version for your firmware.

Since the board is still reporting 3.4.2, the firmware update hasn't been applied. So take a look at this link to see how to flash the board. https://docs.duet3d.com/en/User_manual/RepRapFirmware/Updating_firmware

Then replace the files in your WWW folder with the DWC files from the firmware release. 3.4.6 in your case.

And just in case you're missing something else from the new SD card, take a look here: https://docs.duet3d.com/en/User_manual/RepRapFirmware/SD_card

I am still getting the same error message and I am not able to connect to the printer on my browser. It says, "Error: M997: File 0:/firmware/DuetWiFiServer.bin not found", but it is there.

@Phaedrux I discovered a problem with my PC reading the card. It was intermittently reading/not reading. I think I have solved the problem and will try again. Please disregard my last message. I will get back with you, once I know what is going on. Thank you

@mesacrash It is not finding the SD card. Make sure the SD card is in, and reset the board. Send M122 and post the reply. You can cut and paste from YAT into your reply, in between 'code' quotes (</> formatting in the message window) which is much easier and more readable than taking a screenshot.

If the SD card is in, how big is it, and how is it formatted? See https://docs.duet3d.com/en/User_manual/RepRapFirmware/SD_card#formatting

To flash the firmware, you also need the IAP (In Application Programmer) binary file in the /firmware folder. You need to use the version of this that matches the firmware that is currently on your board. Most likely using the one from RRF 3.4.5 will be fine. Get the "Duet2_SDiap32_WiFiEth.bin" file from https://github.com/Duet3D/RepRapFirmware/releases/tag/3.4.5 and put it in the /firmware folder.

Every time I formatted an SD card with the SD Card Formatter, My main PC said Windows wouldn't open it. So, I used Windows Formatter, not Quick.

The reset must have been the answer. It is currently burning to the board.

The M122 says firmware version is 3.4.6, so not much point updating it.
It also says "SD card 0 detected, interface speed: 20.0MBytes/sec" so that seems to be okay. Try sending M39 again.
Your WiFi module is disabled, so I can't tell if that is working or not.
Is there a config.g in the /sys folder of the SD card?

If you eject the SD card, when you put it back in, you either need to remount it with M21, or reset the board.

@droftarts No, my old card crapped out on me, so I'm starting fresh.
