I have 6 machines I have been working on that are all the same exact configuration and exact same hardware. We have one of the 6 that the duex 5 works for everything so far but the fans and bltouch. So we have a filament runout sensor and motors working as intended on this duex 5 with no issue. We don't see anything different in wiring or config.g to cause this. Any help would be appreciated. Also the M115 reports back that the Duex5v0.11 is there and I don't see anything in the M122 that stands out. Also the bltouch cycles on startup like it should.

@wdenker How is the 'V FAN JUMPER SELECT' set? This would affect the fan voltage.

For the BLTouch, it sounds like it is connected to +5V and GND if it does the startup test, so you should have a jumper on the "5V AUX JUMPER SELECT PINS" between the 5V AUX and 5V INT pins. Assuming that it is connected to one of the servo inputs, check continuity of the wire (usually orange or yellow) that goes to the PWM pin.

@droftarts we figured it out. The bltouch had a small metal shaving in the pins from factory. Then the fans the config.g somehow didn't get copied over. So I got a little ahead of myself with this post.
