Strateo IDEX 420 usb detection error

Hello, i have encountered error, where i cannot access usb flash drive or x/y offset cameras on my IDEX420. It is using Duet 3 MB6HC 3.4.0. I have to adjust x and y offset with onboard camera, but it is not possible, because i cannot access onboard camera.

@droftarts this sucks, because they are nonresponsive. I still havent received any information about onboard cameras

USB error -32 seems to be related to unstable or low power situation, other sites recommend adding a powered hub. If one is built into your printer, check that it still is powered.
USB error -71 is likely an initialisation error as a result of the power fluctuation.
Another suggestion I found elsewhere was to completely depower the system, remove the USB devices, reboot and try plugging them in one by one.
