Control Heaters -> Turn Everything Off not working

This keeps biting me and I can't remember why I keep forgetting to post about this.
When I use this option from the web gui, it doesn't turn off all of the heaters. Last night it failed to turn off T0 out of active T0 & T1.

@gnydick DWC 3.4.6 sends
M568 Pnnn A0for each tool no matter if has active heaters or not. Can you confirm that sending this code manually turns off your tool(s) as expected? -
@chrishamm If it were on desktop, would be easy, but this seems to happen on mobile.

I am seeing this behavior on 3.5.4, mini 5+, 2+, SBC. It does not sure on T0 heater, 2 out of 2 times.

I have quite a bit of lag on my DWC. I notice that "turn everything off" does not clear the fields on the dashboard, so it looks like they are on. But I was looking at the temp sensor which was still climbing so I hit emergency reset. But it is possible it was about to level off and come down if I had waited a couple more seconds.
