i have done my first print and WOW the quality stomps all over repiter and mks boards

but i have a small problem i have had to increase my feed rate to 150% but when i calibrate the feed by measuring the amount output its spot on 15mm gives me 15mm

but to get a good feed while printing i had to increase to 150%

i am printing with a 0.8mm nozzle and info is in the slicing software at the mo i am using repetier host with slicer to save the file then i uploaded in to the web interface of the duet wifi

If you are getting 15mm in to 15mm commanded then the steps/mm for the extruder is set right. My initial thoughts would be around slicer configuration (extrusion factor?). As a quick way to rule that out you could try a different slicer.

check that you have set the correct nozzle size in your slicer.

I'm using simplify3D. I have an extrusion of 1: 1. Only on the first and last layers I give 125% (infill only).
