Confirmation of a board purchase

I have just purchased a new Duet board but I have not received confirmation of the purchase. Is this usual for Duet3d? I have received confirmation that I have paid for it from Paypal.

I have there has been no email from Duet3d. I have just registered for this site and I have received a confirmation email in order to post on here, so I know my email is working fine.

@buetuser Thanks for your order, I can confirm we received it and we do send confirmation emails automatically so I am not sure why you did not received one. I have forwarded my copy on to you.
