Where can I purchase a rotating magnetic filament sensor like on duet 3d site? I can't find it anywhere.

It's not in production yet but there may be some prototypes available either now or soon. Tony will know.

The design of the PCB is done, we are working on a housing/hobbed magnet holder etc.

i'm also interested in a filament sensor. How about creating a pre-order list in which interested people can mark a sensor?... or ist this too early?
