Hi, Recently I added a heated bed to my printer. the heated bed works fine but now the printer stops printing randomly and relaying the message: Cannot read file, error code 1. Cancelled printing file Y-carriage_MGN9-H_MOUNT.gcode, print time was 0h 22m. It happens with any gcode file. And when I restart the print, it stops a the exact same point and with the same massage.

I thought it was a corrupted sd card, so i replaced it, but the problem still persisted. Updating Firmware didnt work either - resulted in even more problems.
While trying to dowload it via the web interface it stops about where the print stopped, followed with the duet losing connection.

Does anyone have a clue as to what is going on? Or am I doing something wrong?

Normally I would say that message means a faulty SD card or a fault in the SD card hardware. But the fact that it happens at the same place every time is odd. So I am wondering whether the firmware on your Duet is corrupted. Try installing firmware 2.02RC2 from https://github.com/dc42/RepRapFirmware/releases.

Hello again. I dont think the firmware was corrupt since i reinstalled it many times to counter this issue. What I've done now, is empting all the old gcode files. I had like a GB of gcodes on the SD card. I have tested the last couple of days to see if it happens again, but so far it works normally.

@xenjamo I tried cleaning on mine and this doesn't help at all. Probably QC issues with card readers.
