Duet Wifi fans not working

When I started I connected it the wrong way, now it’s correctly connected. Could it be that something is broken with the fuse still in tact?

Connecting a fan the wrong way round may have blown the MOSFET controlling any controlled fan output that you connected it to, and the 1A fuse if you connected it to an always on output. So with power off use a multimeter to check for continuity across the fuse, from the fuse to the VIN side of the fan voltage selector jumper block, and from the centre pin of that block to the positive (V_FAN) pin of the fan output.

I checked everything for continuity and everything is working. What else could I do?

Are you sure that the fan is still OK?

One thing counterintuitive to a lot of people is if you have one fan connected wrong or maybe bad it can kill them all. I presume it drags the supply down? It's happened to me. I got lucky and no damage occurred.

I connected the fan to the always-on output and it's working but if I connect it to the PWM output it is not.

Which PWM output? There are 3. Of these, Fan 1 output defaults to thermostatic control based on hot end temperature, so you can't control it directly using M106 Snn command unless you disable the thermostatic function first.

I tested all 3 of them. No one seems to be working.

Could you post a clear, well lit photo of the area of the board around the fan headers?

Is this ok? What is it that you can see on a picture like that?

I can see blown FETs, at least one, possibly two, perhaps the third is damaged in a way that is not visible.
Connecting incorrectly likely damaged the FETs.

What can I do about that? Is it possible to replace them?

Sure, if you have a hot air rework station, or are skilled with a regular soldering iron.

I will try it. Could you please mark the components on the picture. Because I am not 100% sure which one to desolder. And do I have to order PMV40UN2 or PMV40UN2R?
