      Hi,

This isnt a Duet related dude...

This happens to me often, and yesterday it happened to me again, spoiled an 8-hour impression ...

When the filament roll is new, knots are produced in the filament roll. due to the movement of the print head, the filament "jumps" out of the roll, coming into contact with the axis, becoming a knot. spoiled the impression.

Do you use any method to avoid these filament jams?

The right spool holder helps as does keeping the free end of the filament under control when you're handling the spool.
