App control - DWC Options?

Are there any options other than the panel due for controlling the duet? I dont like the browser DWC to much and wonder if there is something else out there

An app for tablet control would be great if this is possible to make?

You'll probably want to fork DWC with whatever OEM cutomizations / changes you want, then package it as a phone/tablet app (lots of phone/tablet apps are just web apps without the browser frame).

Assuming you have tried out the 2.0 DWC RC? IMO it looks a lot better than the old version and is a big improvement over the earlier versions.

There is also the option of making a totally custom panel due replacement that communicates over serial like this user.

@nhof Thanks for the respons. I am sorry I dont understand much of what you want me to do. I am a typical random noob user in this field with no competence in making anything by programming so I am looking for some finished option preferable an application for android devices

Since there are so many superusers here I would think that someone made an easy to use app?

Like when I was running marlin I had this app on my tablet which was a nice option

I see some ppl are mentioning DWC 2.x.. I am not sure but I think I have the latest and looks to me to be 1.22.6?
