Duet wifi died last night and can't get it running again

OK my printer just turned itself off last night. I have 24v power to the board but can't connect via wifi or usb. In addition to this, none of my always on fans are running.

Any idea how to diagnose this issue please

Have you checked your fuses to see if any of them are blown?

Does it still do that if you remove the SD card and restart? You may have to wait a few tens of seconds for it to give up reading the SD card at startup.

Thanks, had to reflash using SAM-BA. Now I can see the error

If you have a motor connected to driver 3 (the E1 E0 output), power down and disconnect the motor to avoid overheating it. Then check whether you still get the same error report, and whether the E1 E0 driver chip is getting hot.

Isn't driver 3 E0 rather than E1?

Either way, I unplugged all drivers and still get that same error

Correct, E0 not E1. If your Duet is under warranty, please ask your supplier to repair or replace it.
