Extruding stops after a few minutes

Hi together,
Now I got another problem which I realy not understand what to do and why it's causes.
At the beginning everything is fine and it's printing realy well but then after maybe 10-20 minutes the filament don't get through the hot end - if I pull it a bit back ( 1cm ) and then push it back in it will resume printing. What could that be and how can I fix this issue?Printer information:
Tronxy X5S
Duet 2 Wifi
PanelDue 7i
E3D Chimera Hotend 24V
Nozzle 0,4
Heater Bed 24V
1x Tool Fan 24V
2x Part Fan 24V

What does your temperature graph look like?
What kind if filament is it?
Have you tried raising the temperature?
Is the part cooling fan blowing on the heater block? -

The temperature is straight and got a difference from +- 3°C.

Actually I'm trying to print PLA+ filament from Sunlu. Diameter 1,75mm.

Yes I have tried raising the temperature but still same problem. I increased from 210°C to 225°C. Increasing the temperature in +5°C steps.

Yes, the part cooling fan is blowing a bit on the heater block but the heater block has also this silicon cover around the block.

How much retraction are you using? It's possible that you're pulling the bulging end too high into the heat break where it can get stuck.
Have you done a cold pull of the nozzle to try and clear any blockages?

I checked my retraction at Cura and it is 3.5mm. But it's sounds like this could be possible issue.

Of course, I have cleaned the nozzle, pulled out the filament, cut off the melted end and put it back in.

Try reducing retraction a bit to see if it helps. I'm not familiar with the Chimera hotend, but maybe you can find some retraction distance guidance from E3D.
I've found that the Sunlu PLA+ does swell at the melted end quite a bit, so maybe test with some other filaments as well to see if it's different.

Ok, I will try with a different filament from a different producer and take a look if this could be the problem.
I will go tomorrow to a shop and buy some filament for the test. After my tests I will give you feedback.

What's your extruder?
Last time I had this problem, it was the heat from the extruder motor melting the filament as it was being driven.
Which explains why it happens exactly 20 minutes after a print, and why pausing a print would fix it, because the motor cools a bit.

I use the standard extruder that comes with the printer. I don't stop print I pull and push the filament on a running print.
The filament don't melt at the extruder it's more like what Phaedrux said. At some point the extruder start clicking and can't push the filament anymore. I've got the feeling that the point from Phaedrux with the retraction could be the problem. I just have to test it tomorrow. -
After testing a lot with different settings and different filaments / manufactors my result is that the SunLu PLA+ is not a good filament and the diameter is changing at the print. I tested a lot of filaments but every other filament was printed very well.
So don't try the SunLu PLA+, you'll waste your money.

That's too bad to hear. I've noticed some quality issues as well. I've had a few good rolls of SunLu PLA+ from last year, but it would seem that more recent batches have started to slip.
