The BL doesn't respond M401 or M402 also and the flashing doesn't stop.

From the linked document you can see the command to use is M280 with the parameters for your connection and the command to execute.

Also for M557 you need to define the area of your bed where the probing is allowed.
this depends on the location of your probe etc.
You could also use the configurator which calculates these things for you.

The BL touch is now solid red and will test when It turns on but I cannot get it to deploy or retract.

if you cant get it working by adjusting the grub screw you will have to go in deeper.

The interface reads 0 and the BL is solid red(turns off when I pull out the probe) and it does a few test clicks when I turn on the printer but any attempt to deploy or retract goes through the console fine but the BL doesn't do anything.

See https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Connecting_a_Z_probe#Section_Software_setup_Duet_2_WiFi_Ethernet. You need to add the i1 parameter to your M280 commands. Then test M401 and M402 again.

Hey Guys I'm finding a weird issue with the probe. Ive set the probe as my Z Endstop now and I've configured the offset countless times but it doesn't seem to change where the printer thinks zero is. I will set the offset to 0, manually configure where Zero is G92, and run G30 S-1. The printer after restarting then homes when I command it to then goes to z = 5.0 but its really more like 8- 10 and I have no clue why. I've read the BeTrue article and can't figure it out.

G30 S-1 measures the trigger height, but doesn't do anything with it apart form report it. See https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Test_and_calibrate_the_Z_probe#Section_Calibrate_the_Z_probe_trigger_height.

After Probing with G30 S-1 I take that height and plug it into the G31 line of config file, forgot to mention.

@willyd3113 Ive done this countless times and it doesn't seem to effect where the bed/nozzle is. Mine still prints too far off the bed.

Is it like 4 to 5 mm away from bed even at z=0? @chriskimbr
