I've just published new firmware at https://github.com/dc42/RepRapFirmware/releases/tag/2.03RC1. This is the candidate for release 2.03, which I intend to be the last release in the 2.0 firmware series. All future work except for important bug fixes will target RepRapFirmware 3.0.

I have also included a 1.24RC1 release for the Duet 06/085.

The upgrade notes and change list are at https://github.com/dc42/RepRapFirmware/blob/dev/WHATS_NEW.md.

Please submit feedback (whether positive or negative) on the changes in this release in this thread.

@dc42 Nope, it's not fixed. Fixed (hopefully - not tested!) issue with Fan 1 on Duet085 in 2.03 beta releases

Prints can now be baby stepped, paused and cancelled while they are waiting for temperatures to be reached

Nice, was going to make a suggestion on the baby stepping - nothing better than getting beaten to it in this case:)

I've updated a couple of the 12864 menu files to cope with the changes in 2.03RC1

As usual they are in https://github.com/mudcruzr/Duet-Maestro-12864-Menu-Files

2 Files required updates to cope with the changes in 2.03RC1

The new files are main_for_203RC1 and heat_for_203RC1

Upload the 2 new files, rename the existing heat and main to something like heat_backup and main_backup then rename the 2 new files to heat and main respectively.

Note these files are ONLY for using with 2.03RC1

I've just updated the RepRapFirmware.bin file in this release to version 1.24RC1+1 which fixes that problem.

unfortunately theres no change in the behaviour of M291 during a tool change, the message comes up at the instance the m291 is called but the tool change will continue until its finished

deleting comment -- I was using the wrong RRFLibraries, compiles fine now -- will try it later to see if i2c is improved
