Duet and Simplify3D tools

Hello,
I can't print anything I sliced with Simplify.
I always get the following errors:

Can someone help me?

I think extruder number should be 0, not 1 in temperature settings.

Ok,
now i get the temp. but the extruder don't work and i get this Error:
Error: Attempting to extrude with no tool selected.

@Gummix The duet firmware requires a tool to be selected before you can extrude, even if you have only one tool.

Place a T0 in your config or Simplify3D start script and it should fix that error.
