      Hello,

I've got the Duet 2 Wifi that came with the PanelDUE v3 with the 4.3" display. When connecting the PanelDUE to the Duet, I only get a blank white screen.

I've flashed the firmware multiple times and always get the same result. I'm using the PanelDue-v3-4.3.bin
      firmware.

Any help at this point would be great. Thanks.

Where'd you buy it from? I'm not aware of any bundle deals?

Do you power it from a proper 12V or 24V power supply? My experience is that the USB connector alone doesn't provide sufficient power.

I guess it depends on the supply and size of the panel, my usb port worked well with the 4.3". But checking the supply as zapta says is good start. Then check device manager/lsusb that the PanelDue doesn't still show up as the BOSSA port after you have flashed it.

If everything looks good I'd thoroughly examine the flex cable between the LCD Panel and the PCB on the LCD module.

@zapta I've got it plugged into USB on my PC and I'm powering it from the Duet board (the 4 wire connection).

@elmoret I got it from Banggood[.]com so I guess not an official bundle.

Yup, that’s a clone, not genuine parts.
