Kinematics Type Number Allocation for Colinear Tripteron

as per https://github.com/dc42/RepRapFirmware/blob/dev/AddingNewKinematics.md I would like to request a Kinematic Type Number for Colinear Tripteron, a.k.a Delteron kinematics.

There is a pre-existing implementation I will use as basis for my work.
