      Hello,

      I have a panelDue 5i.

      Recently I was using the screen and suddently it went white...
      I have followed some topic about similar problems. I have installed Bossac 1.8 and if I connected the panel to the usb port.

      I have looked in the Windows=>Port manager and the usb is detected but this message appears : USB Unkown.
      Normaly I should See Bossa port.
      I don't know what to do.

      Do you have any clues ?

        See if you can find the vendor and product id of the usb device, (device manager -> properties on windows or lsusb on linux)

          Assume you have already used both erase and reset buttons while it is powered?

          I have found sometimes I have to power up, use erase, wait a bit, then reset. Then unplug and plug back in before it shows up properly.
