      Hello,

I received a smart effector from e3d a couple days ago that had a scrape across the sensitive traces. Image

I was instructed by support to make a post here to get a replacement issued.

      Thank you!

I'm sorry you received a scratched effector. I am happy to approve a replacement.

Are those backend forth PCB traces the force sensor of the Smart Effector? If so, this is super cool.

@T3P3Tony, very nice. A large scale MEMS. It's earned the 'Smart' part of its name 😉

Next level is to make it interfacing with power, CAN bus, and filament only.
