I have a big format (600X600) printer that originally came with a makerbase control board and I am attempting to trade it for a mini duet wifi. I will admit I am out of my league and I am receiving ground fault errors on the exchange. Anybody offer service that can walk me through this on video chat or come on by for consulting money? I need to get this thing up and rolling after it botched up.

Not sure what that means. Where does this message appear? Can you copy/paste, or photo it, and post here?
Let's see if we can get some basics fixed, quickly, here, and then go to phone or screen share only if we get stuck.
