I just installed a Titan Aero on my Ender 3 and I am doing a bit of testing. Everything seems to be working fine other than I get a "Z probe already triggered at start of probing move". I unplugged the cable from the BLTouch when I installed it on the new mount and it is seated about as firmly as it can be. I never unplugged any of the BLT cables from the Duet 2 wifi. X and Y homes great.

As always, I very much appreciate the help!

@BearcatTD said in Z probe already triggered at start of probing move:

"Z probe already triggered at start of probing move"

this indicates faulty wiring. even with the pin up this should not happen on a bltouch.
check each wire for their correct placement,

Right. Currently, the pins are connected based on the guide:

I think I might just put on new connectors just for kicks to see what happens

          Thanks!
