Is there a way to display the name of the file (gcode/macro) that is currently being printed on the 12864 display on a Maestro?

Looking at this, https://duet3d.dozuki.com/Wiki/Duet_2_Maestro_12864_display_menu_system, I do not think there is a way.
You can list files on the SD card to select and print, but not display current file printing.

@PaulHew I was using that site as a guide when making my menu files but not all the features of the menu system are documented. For example, you can chain commands in the "A" section of an "action" using | to indicate the next command, which is something I couldn't find anywhere in the documentation.

Not currently. But fairly soon in RRF3 you will be able to display anything that is in the object model.

              Hi David,
if you are making changes in the display menu system, do you think it would also be possible to expand the image command to behave like a button?

I would prefer to click the image directly to execute an action, instead of placing a separate button near the image.

              Regards
              Frank
