Did you look on thingiverse? I hopped on there and just typed duet ender 5 and found this one

A quick search on Thingiverse gave me these results

Not sure on the space inside the Ender 5 electronics enclosur, but a simple adapter(it modifies the screw mountings) for the ender 3 case may fit for you but you will need to make sure the wifi antenna is outside the metal case.

I went with the first one, but I will have mine laying flat.

            hope that helps

Personally, I kept the metal case. Extended the opening for the SD-Card slot, moved the PSU by drilling some new screw holes and added a PCB holder to attach the Duet Wifi board.
