I finally got my Duet 3 brained core xy printer going and did a benchy. It came out ok for a first print with no tuning but for some reason the print is inverted. My guess is something is reversed but what?

The motors. Switch the X and Y assignment and you should be good.

Could be that you'll need to invert the direction also.

So just plug x into y and y into x?

Follow the directions here for testing motor directions on Corexy before you swap anything.

The results will tell you exactly what to change.

Also be aware that it assumes a right hand coordinate system. X+ to the right, Y+ to the rear.
