@fcwilt
Thanks a lot!!!!!! and take your time.I will try to look at them tonight after dinner on in the morning.

@fcwilt
No stress. take your time.
Maybe you´ll first find out whats causing the ´´Error: Failed to enable endstops´´.
But take your time. Your family is more important!
Guten Appetit! -
I'll try to catch up on this thread later today/tomorrow.

Thanks. I might not have time.
I suspect that it is just a question of errors in the files.
A quick check of config.g showed some garbage at the end.

@Phaedrux Thanks and no stress.
I´m not the only one who needs help. -
Ok, I've got caught up. Thanks very much to @fcwilt for all the troubleshooting. Well done. Turned out it was a case of the old config files in the wrong place.
So let's start from the top and see if we can get things up and running finally.

Duet 3 MB6HC version 3.01-RC9
You should update the firmware before we go any further.
Download this zip file and upload it AS IS to the /sys folder in DWC. Do not extract it.https://github.com/Duet3D/RepRapFirmware/releases/download/3.1.1/Duet2and3Firmware-3.1.1.zip
It should detect the firmware upload and install it. After it will reboot. Then send M115 in the gcode console to verify that it was successfully applied.
As for the config files, I think you should go through the config tool and create a fresh set of config files. Try and choose everything as accurately as possible. Then download the config zip file and upload it to the /sys folder as is as well. That should place your new config set in the correct place.
https://configtool.reprapfirmware.org/Start
Also upload those files here so that we can double check them.
Please provide the following details here as well so that we can compare to what is in the config.
How big is the printer area?
What kind of endstops do you have?
Where are the endstops located on the printer and where are they connected?
What are your heaters and how are the connected?
What are your fans and how are they connected?
What are your motors and how are they connected?
How is the BLtouch connected?Once we have the basics up and running. Motors. Homing. Heaters. Fans. We can make the changes needed for automatic bed leveling.

@barbarossa-cologne
I´m sorry but I took a look in the configuration tool via the systems page in the DWC and decided that I just posting the g.codes that you need exactly. Because everything was working or IS working except the Bl-Touch / Z Probe.
After one month having the same problem ONLY with the BL I just want to try fixing it like this. I hope its ok.

this are codes from the systems page.... NOT a macro. I´m sorry for beeing stupid in this thread and posting macros. I was tired after working much.
I hope somebody can help me in this way -
@barbarossa-cologne you have posted two homez.g files; one on the end of the config.g (also deploy and retract on there), and one separate. Which is the right one? One uses G30 to home Z, the other uses a maximum Z endstop, which isn’t defined in config.g.

@droftarts
the G30 configuration should be the rigth one. Should I copy that to the home z file?
Or how should I handle it? -
@barbarossa-cologne does your config.g contain deploy.g, retract.g and homez.g? These should not be in config.g, they should be separate files in the sys folder, which probably already exist. The homeall.g is run when you press the “Home all” button in DWC, and homez.g is run if you press the “home Z” button, so it is important that both these files are correct. Similarly, pressing “Home X” or “Home Y” runs homex.g or homey.g respectively. Post your homeall.g file, too.
So yes, copy the G30 version to the homez.g and homeall.g files, and also update the deploy.g and retract.g files, then delete from config.g everything after the “Miscellaneous” section.
