Ayuda core xy con duet2wifi



  • Buenos días, necesito de su ayuda no termino de configurar la impresora , me encuentro con problemas para configurar la cama y el extrusor directo titan con ev6 , llevo muchas horas ya no se por donde llegar a buen puerto , solo pude hacer funcionar los ejes xy y z y el bltouch, luego no paso de aqui
    de antemano gracias y pongo mi config

    Yes I see the configuration, but I don't understand the problem. From your photo of the PanelDue it looks like your thermistors are disconnected or not connected correctly. That's what -273 means. Can you post a photo of your thermistor connections on the duet?

    What firmware version is the PanelDue using? Check in the settings tab on the panel. It should be 1.24.

    Are you sure this is the correct steps per mm for Z?

    Is that section straight out of the configurator? The spacing seems weird, but maybe it's a translation thing.

    You have double the fan blocks. YOur second block changes the fan1 to use the bed temp to turn on the hot end fan. You probably don't want that?

    @Fabián Send M122 and post reply, to show the firmware version. I suspect you are using RepRapFirmware v2.xx, but your config.g is for v3. You probably need to update your Duet 2 WiFi firmware.

    @Fabián Okay, you're running firmware 3.1.1, and your config.g is correct for this version. If the temperature sensor is still showing -273, you need to post a picture of your wiring. Also note that you are using the default thermistor, which may not be the same as your actual thermistor. Please post what thermistor you are using.

    Try sending M308 S0 to show the thermistor settings. I think you may need to change the Y parameter from Y"termistor" to Y"thermistor".

    @Fabián It looks like the thermistors are not being linked to the bed or tool. Can you post your config.g again, as it appears now?

    Also send M308 S1 to check the second thermistor.

  • el termistor es el original de Titan aero E3D , conectado al E0 de la placa duet2 y la cama caliente es de silicona 220v/750w aliexpress china que viene con su termistor colocado sin datos , esta conectada a un mosfet externo

    If you can find the specification of the thermistor that is in your heated bed (maybe the AliExpress link?), post the details and we can update the M308 with the correct values.

    For the hot end, your tool does not have a heater/thermistor defined! Change to:

    For an E3D Semitec 104-GT2 thermistor (used in the Titan Aero), change M308 to this:
