White screen of death, properly connected. ?

Hi,

After having been working rock solid for nearly a year I now have a white screen of death on my duet wifi connected screen.

It is pluggedin, as always and nothing has been changed.

I did hold down the reset button and the T1 erase recently...what they do I wonder? Can they cause this?

I can connect to the wifi and it seems to be able to upload etc but no screen control...

Any help appreciated please. R

@FuseDeep if you held down the erase buttons, you have wiped the firmware from the screen.

Obviously I can't click on set up on the screen as it is blank! How do i check the screen version otherwise please?

Have sorted it! Thank you. There was only one flash option for my screen so all good.

All working and liking the dark theme options!

Need to get my brain back into Duet codes as I rebox these electrics and add print salvage etc...
