      Hi.
I decided to use Slic3r PE from prusa research because im familiar with it but i ran into problems. The Slic3r has its movement units in mm/sec but duet uses mm/min in its system. Im sure its been solved somewhere but i was unable to find a solution, will you please help? Thank you for your kind help.

Change the gcode flavor to reprap. Even without that it should still work alright. What exactly isn't working?

@Phaedrux Thank you for the fast reply. Well if i set up the slic3r in its mm/sec units the printer moves extremly slow because it seems that the duet reads the mm/sec units as if they were mm/min.

For example Slic3r has 200mm/sec but the printer moves at 200mm/min

You haven't set the gcode flavor to reprap, otherwise you wouldn't even see that machine limits page.
