Duet Web control is not available at time of printing
-
there was a post a few weeks back where a user was reporting similar issue.
this was due to electrical interference from the stepper wires.
-
@Veti Thanks!
I read this post. Home test this version. But I have a cable to the router passes the signal wires stepper motors. -
Please post the results of M122 and double check that DWC is version 3.1.1
How are you permanently assigning an IP address?
Post your config.g

M350 X64 Y64 Z64 E32 I0 ; configure microstepping without interpolation
first why are you not using interpolation?
can you just for testing go down to x16 for all?
-
@Veti
I'm still testing a printer. Daylight interpolation supposed to do in the near future -

Daylight interpolation supposed to do in the near future
i dont know what you mean by that
-
@Veti
I plan to enable interpolation later -

actually you can send
M350 X64 Y64 Z64 E32 I1
during the print.i think you can even send
M350 X16 Y16 Z16 E16 I1 during the print as it adjusts steps as well (but i have not tried that)but if its an important print you might not want to risk it.
-
@Veti
I sent the first command while printing. Printing was interrupted, now only after work I can start printing again. In essence, the main question - after transferring the Ethernet cable outside the printer case, the Web server does not hang up yet. -
With the high microstepping it's possible that you're saturating the CPU and it's not able to service the web interface requests quickly enough during a print.
Please test with x16 microsteps and interpolation enabled.

@Phaedrux
Good. After the work is checked. -
@Phaedrux
After the transfer of the Ethernet cable from the printer body, hovering stopped interface (tested on a daily print interface can be accessed at any time) -

-
@jovo0911 Might want to start a new thread with your specific details.
-
Good afternoon!
Problems continued, but less frequently. Most often, the problem appears when you create a folder on the memory card, or transfer to the card volumetric files. Sometimes the interface freezes during long-term work. And it is such that when downloading files pauses printing for a split second. -
@DronBroks Can you confirm that you have switched to x16 microstepping?
Do you have a new SD card to test with?
-
@Phaedrux Yes, I switched to 1x16 microsteps. Perhaps the reason is actually in the memory card. I’m not very fast. Today I will buy a new one and check with a new card

Yes please test with a new SD card. When you do so, replace the files in the /www folder with a fresh set from the DWC 3.1.1 zip file.
https://github.com/Duet3D/RepRapFirmware/releases/download/3.1.1/DuetWebControl-SD-3.1.1.zip
Also try with a different ethernet cable, just in case.
