Stepcraft Oscillating Tangential Knife

Hi,
Has anyone used or experience of working with the Stepcrafts Oscillating Tangential Knife with the Duet2D?
Not sure how you connect it to the board.
I'm using an Ooznest 1500x1500 CNC.

It looks like it has 1 motor to rotate the direction of the knife and another to oscillate it? What kind of wiring inputs and outputs does it have? Is it just 2 motors, or does it have additional logic circuitry?

I discussed this with stepcraft gyu's some time ago but I can't find where
.. iirc the direction motor is a stepper and the "oscillation" motor is just a dc motor... they were still experimenting with how to rotate the motor to proper orientation from the cam software but at the time when they released the knife that was not yet solved so you could rotate the motor but there was no software support for it. they are now at version 3 of this knife and from what I see the vibration motor is also stepper -
I remember someone asking here for a head orientation feature according to the displacement, for a big concrete 3D printer. Don't know if something was written for that...
