Calibration of a multi-tool machine with manual edits of the config.g file is needlessly complicated. In marlin I have seen other manufacturers implement a system where the user prints a file, then uses a dedicated menu with several options depending on where the scales are aligned to quickly and simply calibrate the tools.

Have you looked at TAMV for aligning the tools?
        https://github.com/DanalEstes/TAMV
And use this version of duetwebapi
        https://github.com/lukeslaboratory/DuetWebAPI

Owns various duet boards and is the main wiki maintainer for the Teamgloomy LPC/STM32 port of RRF. Assume I'm running whatever the latest beta/stable build is

I also put the G10 offsets in another file called Toffsets so I can edit it and rerun it without having to edit config.g
I call it from within config.g as well
