Hello and I wish you a great new year eve,
I installed a smart effector in my Anycubic predator together with a duet 2 wifi. after powering the predator, the light in the smart effector starts to flash 7 time. according to the wiki : 7 flashes= train gauge output out of tolerance (too high)
I checked all wires many time and it seem everything is ok.
doest it mean the smart effector is effect? what would be the cause ?
      BR

Does it continue to flash 7 times?

Can you post some clear photos of both sides of the smart effector?

Can you disassemble the effector and get some clear photos of both sides? There may be some damage to the strain gauge traces. A scratch perhaps.

I don't know of a way to repair those tiny traces.

If you want to ship it to me, I'll take a shot at repairing those traces.

I have a tiny soldering tip and a stereo microscope and some REALLY small gauge wire.

I live in Massachusetts, but I doubt postage is going to be very expensive for this small and light part.

Let me know if you want to try this and I'll PM you my address.
