      Hi guys

I'm having a trouble with the screen of my machine it is a PanelDue 7I. When I turn on my machine and when I want to home axes or set the temperature, it doesn't work. It seems that it is not responding.
Do you have an explanation of this problem.

In advance thank you for your response and your time

      Raphaël

Is there anything on the display at all?
Does it stay connecting in the corner of the display?
What firmware version on the Duet?
What firmware version on the PanelDue?
How is it wired to the Duet? 10 pin ribbon or 4 pin cable?

Does it make tick noises when you tap the screen to let you know it registered the touch? Is it mounted in a case that could be pressing on the screen?

              Hi everyone

Excuse me for my late response.
I didn't change anything at all like the firmware
              It's trying to connect.
where I should have the indications of ambient temperature it shows 0 °C ( nozzle and bed ). And I noticed that the nozzle is getting hot.
It makes the usual "bips" when I touch the screen, it is not mounted on a case yet.
I don't know which versions of the firmwars I have on both screen and card.
It is a 4 pin cable.

              Thanks again for your support.

if it was working before and you did not change anything check the continuity of the cable

You can see what firmware the paneldue is running on the setup page on the panel.

For the firmware on the board, you'd either have to check in the DWC if connected, or via USB terminal.

For the Paneldue to connect in recent RRF3 version you require M575 P1 B57600 S1 in config.g and the PanelDue firmware should be 1.24.

Without knowing exactly what firmware versions you have it's hard to be more specific.

As Veti says, if it was working before and you haven't changed anything, check the cabling continuity and re-crimp the ends if possible.

@Raphael-Darmon said in Trouble with the duet screen:

And I noticed that the nozzle is getting hot.

i'd be more worried about this.

Does the nozzle get hot without the sd card in the duet?
