@tracar said in Connection issue on long prints.:
i can connect with any of my other devices without issue , just not the PC , unless i restart it.
So you mean you can connect to the Duet with another device like your phone, but not with your PC until you restart the PC or the Duet?
Please post your config.g

yes you are correct, the pc will not connect without a restart.
but tablet and cell will , in both local wifi and or cellular only..I don't think this is a Duet problem. It sounds like a problem with your PC/browser.
-
kinda what i was thinking, after everything else can just not the pc...
did you notice the heaters did that little thing off the scale ?
-
The heater graph is pretty weird. It could be interference on your thermistor wiring, or a bad connection. Double check your wiring.
For the browser, when it's not able to disconnect can you open up the browser dev console? Assuming it's chrome?
-

y weird. It could be interference on your thermistor wiring, or a bad connection.
that is the only time the heater did that,, directly after m112, while it was sitting there with the trying to reconnect popup. and as you can see i entered m112 twice,,, just as the heat graph shows, then the time where it dropped off in temp as i hit the reconnect button,,,
-
Could just be a display issue then, if it's never happened outside of that.
-
@Phaedrux i will try to recreate the situation after the print is done, , if it spikes i can verify with a thermal probe too.... post my findings later
