My toolboard v1.0 shorted out and took out the fuse on the tool distribution board. I’m running at 32V. I had the hot end heated up, and the printer wasn’t doing anything else, for about 10 minutes and I heard a pop. The board has been working fine for about 20 hours or so.

The toolboard has 0 ohm resistance between Vin and GND, meaning there’s a short somewhere. It looks like one of the capacitors is shorted because both sides show 0 ohms to ground on both sides. Capacitors C4, C5 and C6 that are in parallel. None of them look burnt.

A simple "owww" test will tell you which component is shorted.

Remove the board and connect it to a regulated PSU and crank in a low amount of voltage, place your finger on components until you go "owww" you found the faulty component and can replace it.
