I have a duet wifi that was reporting high temps on driver 3. When I disconnected the duex 5 while powered down those errors went away. But then after about another minute the driver 3 started to smoke and looks a bit crispy. I was told I needed to come here to make sure we could warranty it. I have a second set that when powered up none of the drives work I would like to warranty as well. I also know it wasn't the wiring as I put in another set on each printer and they worked flawlessly. Same firmware and configs that I have been using on all of my printers.

Can you post the results of M122 from each Duet?
        Photos of each?
When and where were they purchased?

@Phaedrux it will be a bit before I have time to hook them back up. The one set was about 6 months ago the other set this month from filastruder. Out of 30 or more sets I have only had a few failures like this.

@Phaedrux The older of the two won't even connect to usb at all at this point. The newest gives the following.

It's quite unusual to deal with a bulk warranty claim. For the sake of keeping things clear and accurate, would you please create a separate thread for each item?

Please include as much detail as possible for each one. What hardware exactly, what the problem is, relevant photos, M122 or config.g, and most importantly where and when it was purchased.

Sorry for the inconvenience but I think this will help things progress the smoothest.
