Will my nozzle go beyond z=0 , in case of any BL-Touch malfunctioning (using G29) ?

The H parameter of the M558 command used for configuring the probe limits the amount of travel when probing.

But if the probe fails I suspect the nozzle will impact the bed - if that is what you are asking.

does that mean G29 allow Z-axis to cross boundaries ??

Well it kind of has to since it's trying to measure the surface of your bed. You start with a Z0 point and then check the rest of the bed to see if it's higher or lower. It has to be able to go below your initial Z0 point to find the dips. Otherwise what is the point of G29?

I'm not sure what the limit is for distance travelled on a G30/G29 but it's probably either the dive height or the Z axis length itself more likely, otherwise how would you home Z with the probe when the bed is farthest away from the nozzle?
