Ok after doing some research I Figured out what you mean the z offset is not the problem due to the fact that the printer acts like the BL touch is not there its the exact same if i didnt have it the bl touch works fine but dost seem to efect any thing.

Copy and paste the contents of config.g, homeall.g, and homez.g into a post so we can see what it's trying to do.
Also send M122 in the gcode console and copy and paste the results please.

how do i find the contents of config.g and the others?

If you're connected to the web interface you can get to those files in the system tab on the left side.

Well, no. This is a forum mainly for Duet3D control boards running RepRapFirmware.
Are you running a stock Ender 3 Pro with the electronics that came with it? Plus Octoprint, apparently?
