Duet Mini 5+ non responsive and files missing

The card by time to time does not connect or looses connestion and the directories (all) appear empty
This appears to be related with the issue on the SD card chip soldering ....
Does not look good...

In my case, what we believe is the soldering issue - the board does not get up anymore after a failed read, since it can't read any of the files on the card - the firmware, the webui, nothing.
From your screenshots it would seem as if you can connect to the board, but it's just the files that are missing?

it's a go / no-go thing
i can't connect, WIFI gets very very slow and all files are missing
i power down/up cople of times it comes back...
...that said it's not very reassuring statusIMHO the card is doing something (trying to read SD without luck) and does not answer -> reason for low WiFi rate / no response

@Phaedrux as i was fearing this to happen (i saw signs weeks back) i actually bought (when those were still available) a spare Mini 5+ from Dold (Germany) at the same time i bought the 2+ expansion; i didn't like the idea to stay without my only controller for e.g. some weeks if something bad would have happened
That said it would be redundant to me to have two cards and if that would be an option i would rather prefer to go with a refund rather then a replacement; this also considered that i bought one of the first cards which were ava and those were from UK E3D...
Is that possible ?
