duet 2 wifi 3.2.2 bltouch height map way off
-
hi guys. so upgraded. got most squared away I think.
leveled bed with paper just like I did on old firmware but the map looks way way off
M558
Z Probe 0: type 9, input pin zprobe.in, output pin nil, dive height 2.5mm, probe speed 180mm/min, travel speed 6000mm/min, recovery time 0.00 sec, heaters normal, max taps 1, max diff 0.03bed preheated to 70c
M I missing something ? -
If there some tilt in the print head or BLtouch mount such that it has a different trigger height depending on location?
Where are you setting Z0 before running G29?
Post your gcode files so we can see what's going on.
-
@phaedrux I think I found my mistake . ended up tweaking my x and y and reducing probe number
M557 X10:300 Y10:320 S50 ;M557 X0:305 Y0:315 S25 new and old& G31 P500 X-42.4 Y0 Z2.883 I hope its right
after all that I ran G32 and each time adjusted each corner little by little .
did first print not too bad I dont think its compensating as good as before .

This says the probe is 42mm to the left of the nozzle. Is that correct?

yes . its Hemera hotend . its exactly -42.4 on the left side of the nozzle I didn't know if I should round this
not my hot end but close enough -

Yeah, you already have it in your slicer start gcode after the homing is done, so that's a good place for it.
The heightmap would indicate there is some tilt. Is that not the case? Some manual leveling should take care of that.
