duet 2 wifi 3.2.2 hotend / thermistor - e3d hemera
-
hi guys sorting through little things
hotend next on the list . copied old thermister settings from maestro and totally didn't work
so its ready like 5 c off .
so I played with M308 S1 P"e0temp" Y"thermistor" T100000 B4138 and changed 4 to 9 (B9138) . got me right room temp reading but pid failed ( would not heat up fast enough staid at like 100 or so . but hotend reached pretty high temp ( hopefully not fried - do have spares ) -
@ap742
the thermistor settings for e3d is normally:M308 S1 P"e0temp" Y"thermistor" A"Hotend" T100000 B4725 C7.06e-8
Thermistor parameters
Have you tried this ?You can also calibrate your thermistor with the H and L option

read through Calibrate with H & L but I'm newbie and dont really understand what exactly I need to do

however. I went ahead and replaced thermistor with identical one - one from e3d
and that's fine.what I dont understand is - only thing thats changed is duet board and display
old setup was fine .
