Polls on the forum?

I have seen a couple actual poll on the forum in the past, but I see no way to create them. Are non-admin users able to create them and if so, how?

When you create a new post there should be a bar chart icon in the post creation window between the full screen button and the emoji button. See if you can edit your first post and add it.
