Is there any specials to do when installing PT1000 instead of NTC?

How can I run E5000 not homed and no hotend ??
      M564 H0
      G1 E5000 F1000

Barks about T0 not heated up, is it not possible to run without heat?

Need to run fair amount to able to fine adjust BMG and motorgear.
