@gabinnan what is the stepper motor model?

@jay_s_uk still it says the same. My wiring with nema17 :

        • Red to 2B
        • Blue to 2A
        • Green to 1A
        • Black to 1B

        what is wrong?

Do the wires come directly out of the stepper motor, or is it a separate cable that plugs into the motor? If it's a separate cable then you can't trust the colours.

@gabinnan can you post a photo of the end that goes into the motor?
Looking at the stepperonline page, they should be cables that come directly out of the motor, not with a separate plug.

@gabinnan can you therefore confirm the stepper phases using a multimeter, ignoring the colours of the wires. The link I gave you should guide you in that.

@gabinnan try a different driver and see if the error follows it.
if not, when was your duet purchased?

It would seem likely that you have 2 failed drivers.
