Which boards are best for this?

Hey guys,
I am wondering if you could advise me on what boards I would need for my setup. I would like to have wifi and the biggest touch display I can get. Currently, my setup uses 3,
Z motors for auto leveling, My Y and X are close loop motors using external drivers. And, I have 7 filaments driving all through one nozzle (see attached pic). Which means I will need to control 7 motors for filament feed. On top of all that, my bed is heated with 110 vac, due to a large print area of 500mm. Do you have any advice for that? -
I think you'd be looking at the Duet3 and the available expansion boards.
