Please post pictures of your actual board and the relay wiring and momentary power on switch. I think there is an issue with what you are expecting voltage wise on you line from the duet to the relay but myself and others will want to see the wires before making blind suggestions that can damage your board.

@nurgelrot . Hello thanks for your advice. Here pictures. I dont think it's a voltage problem. I have tried to connect the relay in wire (white on the picture) to EXP1 (5V) and the relay has worked. ![alt text]IMG_20210805_100044.jpg IMG_20210805_100227 (1).jpg IMG_20210805_095611.jpg

Seams like the relais has a jumper for high and low level trigger?

            Edit:
            PS_ON is low level

@diy-o-sphere yes, I have seen this jumper.I have tried both ways. If I connect the control wire to + 5v or to the gnd depending on the position of the jump, the relay works. But PS_ON, whether I put the EXT 5V jumper or not, does not control the relay. I specify that I put M80 in Config.g and that I also tried to send it by YAT. Despite an OK response nothing happens. Do you know a method to test the operation of PS_on on the card?

Send M80 and check the voltage between +5V and PS_ON with the multimeter.
