    Issues after prime

      After the prime line, the print head starts running, stops, the extruder does something and then continues. As seen in the video.

      If I remove the line with G1 E-0.6000 F1200 from the Gcode or make an F600 out of it, it doesn't happen.

      Is it because of my start code?

          Why do you switch it back to absolute extrusion mode? I would suggest setting your slicer to relative extrusion mode and never using absolute extrusion mode at all.

            Simplify3D stands by default on absolute extrusion.

            Should I rather use M83 relative extrusion?

            I load my Z-offset with the M501 because it always changes with the nozzle change. This means that you don't have to restart the board by changing the M501.

              Yes. Absolute extrusion is a holdover from the ancient days of 3d printing. Probably the last time Simplify3D was updated too. 😉

                  No need for M92 E0 when using relative extrusion. Make sure you've also changed the slicer to output relative extruder commands. It's not enough to just change M82 to M83 in the start gcode, though that must also be done.

                            When I make the first G1 move slower then F4000 ore the first G1 E-0.6 slower then F300 ore i delet the first G1 E-0.6, I doun't have the problem.

                            All what I test the same issuse.

                            Is any on my toolboard Config wrong?

                              I have install after 2 weeks the tool Board rev 1.1 with Accelerometer.
                              The first prints All good. Over night came this isusse. Then I make any test and then, why ever was all good but only for 2 prints and the issuse was back.
